As we enter the final quarter of this calendar year, I would like to extend my appreciation for your dedication and support in fostering stronger trade and investment ties between Canada and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The past year has been one of significant progress for our business council, with key milestones achieved in enhancing bilateral cooperation, increasing trade flows, and encouraging new investment initiatives. This quarter will also be the completion of the amalgamation of CIHEA (Canadian International Health and Education Association).
The final quarter is crucial as we wrap up key initiatives and continue building momentum. Our upcoming focus will be on our Annual Business Forum and Gala Dinner on Tuesday, November 12th, which aims to strengthen ties, attract new investors, and open more doors for collaboration. The MENA region continues to offer dynamic growth opportunities, and our role as a business council remains to ensure that our members are well-positioned to take advantage of these prospects.
In the coming months, we will also be hosting :
- The National Council for Privatization and the Public Investment Fund for B2B meetings during the C2P3 conference,
- Collaborating with the Tunisian Embassy to Canada and the Canada Embassy to Tunisia, to host the second webinar focussed on Aviation,
- Planning a webinar focussed on ICT with Jordan Source in early December
As we conclude this year, I encourage all our members to stay actively engaged and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.
I remain confident that together, we will finish this year strong and carry this momentum into the next. Thank you once again for your commitment to strengthening the bonds of trade and investment between our regions.
