The leadership teams of the Business Councils, Global Affairs Team Expo, and the Commissioner General’s office are proposing to have an information session regarding Canadian business participation and events around Expo 2020. The date and time discussed is October 19 at 10:00 am ET / 6:00 pm UAE. Apologies for the late timing in the UAE, but our hope is to welcome businesses from across Canada (7:00 am in BC).

Why?

Although there have been many presentations about Expo, the Business Councils feel that it would be very helpful to put together a presentation for our Boards and members (and other special contacts) to review the Canadian calendar of events and activities, the services available at the Pavilion, and the support that collectively we are able to provide to Canadian businesses interested in attending Expo.

Who?

Those invited to attend would include the members and contacts of our four business councils, the Global Affairs team including our interested trade commissioners in the region, and other Canadian groups particularly interested in participating in Expo. The format would be by moderated webinar on the Zoom platform with Q&A through the chat function.
