Export Quebec is organizing a multi-sectorial mission to Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia from November 25 to December 5, 2018. This activity represents an excellent opportunity for companies from Quebec and across Canada to break into these markets or to consolidate existing business relationships.

The three countries targeted by this mission have each adopted economics plans focused on the digital shift. The mission is part of this trend since the companies targeted in North Africa are mainly private operators who are looking for advanced technologies from abroad. Numerous digital applications affect many sectors of the economy of the Maghreb countries, such as the mining industry to improve the exploitation, the manufacturing sector with the factories 4.0, urbanization and the transition to smart cities, etc.

In addition, Quebec enjoys a very strong reputation in this region of the world. Companies offering advanced technologies can carve out an interesting place not only in the Maghreb countries, but also those in sub-Saharan Africa.
